Agenda Items for 06/17/15 meeting.

1. New trustee orientation Will be completed on 6/24/15 Wednesday 8 to 9 pm.

2. Entertainment for Annual Dinner and Dance pre-planning.

3. How to make temple self-dependent and beautification of the temple.

4. Services of Chaitanya. Religious committee will be instructed by treasurer on how to handle the services for additional priests.

5. Donor list for top donors (top 101) to be posted in temple. List is already there, to be posted near the notice board. Action item created.

6. Donor tree to be updated. Fund raising committee will update the donor tree. 7. Sams club-Hindu Samaj membership Update Provided by Kamlesh Patel , Current membership is planned to be closed. Currently it is on hold. Membership fee paid in May will be refunded. New membership will be issued with tax-exempt form. It will be 2-3 days (not 2 weeks as I originally stated) after application that tax exempt status will be processed. During this time any purchase for Hindu Samaj will be given credit for tax payment. I will be available this week end to go to Sam’s club for this application with a board member who will be designated to reopen the membership. Membership will be continued, 2 to 3 additional cards for main purchasers.

Proposals :

12. Update to operation guidelines. Kamlesh Patel to send the operational guidelines and portfolio trustees to provide suggestion to the updates and should be brought to BOT for approval.
