As representative of the group/organization named on this form, I also agree to be responsible for any loss or damage to property or any personal injury related to my/our performance during the festival, and further release Brazos Valley Worldfest, its agents and festival staff/volunteers, Brazos County and its employees and any sponsors from any claims concerning my organization or volunteers resulting from events at the festival. I also give consent for photos/video of our performance to be used to promote the festival in the future. I understand that there is no application fee and that my/our participation is voluntary. I will expect no remuneration/ reimbursement unless specifically indicated in writing.
