NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Inter-Club Council met, commencing at 11:00 A.M. on Monday, February 22, 2010 in Room 201-LRC at MVC, and Room 200, Board Room SJC. The starting time listed for the meeting is approximate. Public testimony will be invited in conjunction with discussion on each item.

II. ICC Club Reports & Information

A. ICC President 1. Recap on College Hour events with FAVE Club, Mu Alpha Theta, and Phi Theta Kappa 2. Suggested to get events approved as soon as possible and to email details to get on agenda promptly B. ICC Club Reps 1. Herencia and Sandi discussed Blood Drive during College Hour on behalf of Phi Theta Kappa 2. Sandi spoke about Haiti donations on behalf of Phi Theta Kappa Inter-Club Council MT. 3. FAVE Club respectfully requested that the following items be added to today’s agenda and approved on an emergency basis: i. ASL Variety Showcase Filming at Murrieta Valley High School on 2/26/10. ii. Multi-Media Lab Cleaning by FAVE Club members beginning on 2/25/10 and every other week thereafter for the remainder of the semester.

C. ASB Advisor/Staff Support 1. Donna spoke about the parking fee increases and/or changes that are going into affect approximately Fall 2010 2. Donna spoke about parking changes at Menifee Campus- no parking on west side of Antelope 3. Reminder of Valentine BBQ- 2/23 MVC and 2/25 SJC during College Hour 4. Josh Bagtus will be at MVC Board Room early on ICC meeting days to open room for everyone

III. Public Comment This time is reserved for members of the public to address the Associated Student Body on issues not already appearing on the agenda. A limit of 5 minutes per speaker and 20 minutes per topic shall be enforced.

IV. Discussion Items A. Campaign College – Donna Wilder and AAUW Rep 1. Donna spoke about Campaign College, a 3/20/10 event at the Menifee Campus, that is designed to encourage young women to run for office on college campuses, and beyond.

Printing Charge backs- -MSJC $ 197.60 3. Open PO for Spring 2010 up to 150 members - $7500 B. Christians on Campus 1. Reception for New Members in Room 1017 – 2/8 and 2/11 from 1- 2 pm. Note: Activity approval requested by ICC Board after the event. Because of ICC alternative meeting schedule D. Wilder, ASB Advisor authorized approval to hold event prior to ICC approval. 2. Spring 2010 ongoing event – Room 1017 from 1-2 pm – Bible study, fellowship, prayer, singing, and discussion C. SWANs 1. Reimbursement request for California Nursing Students Association Convention of 10/19/09 – 10/24/09 in the amount of $400.00, for SWANs members ($100.00 each). This item was not previously approved through ICC, due to a personnel change in the SWANs club. D. Wilder, ASB Advisor, waived pre-approval for this item. (Note: SWANs Club requested that this item be pulled from the agenda, and placed on the 3/01/10 agenda) D. FAVE Club 1. ASL Variety Showcase Filming at Murrieta Valley High School on 2/26/10. 2.
