And I Shine on My Peers Like a Sun

My World

My life is my universe

And I shine on my peers like a sun.

I give them life because without my sunshine, life would be none.

Many still tend to be cold, dark, and reject my light;

But my shine is so translucent it conquers the night,

I know things can be stressful for a while,

But remember nothing last forever

Brighten your life with a smile.

Even though the odds are against me

I will defeat the negative and make them work with me,

I know to be successful you have to hustle, not physically but with brain muscles, as long as I stay positive things will not remain,

At the end I will be a winner that made it through without a stain,
