Empathy Quilt Donated To LRGH Pediatrics Department

LACONIA, NH – Recently the Child and Family Services staff at Genesis Behavioral Health offered a three day TREK (Therapeutic Experiences for Kids) program. Several children created an “empathy quilt” consisting of fabric squares, upon which are drawings each child drew to demonstrate empathy or understanding of children who are less healthy. The quilt was donated to the LRGH Pediatrics department.
