II. READING AND APPROVAL OF MINUTES (Mar 18, 2013) Stephen made motion to approve the minutes Jerry seconded Motion carried

III. COMMITTEE REPORT

a. Landscape-pool cleaning discussion. Thursday 9am-12pm meet to clean, mulch,etc. Will give out $25 H.Depot cards to those attending. New signage to arrive for pool. Brandee to have much delivered by Wed. Pool opening Sat. b. Check on pool bathroom cleaning service. c. ACC - NO MOTIONS d. Decorations Committee – Memorial Day decorations as usual. e. Communications Committee f. Treasurer - Jerry made motion to accept the treasurers report. Stephen Seconded Motion Carried / Approved

1 | P a g e IV. OLD BUSINESS 1. Sidewalk and curb update – Sidewalk letters going out to owners. 60 days to pay HOA back. 2. Fence (progress on painting) – Lisa checking on paperwork from contractors.

3. Gate – Need bids for fence hinges w/parts and labor and w/o parts only labor. 4. Bulk Pick up- Stephen will ask Lisa to send out a notice about bulk pick up. 5. Yard of the month – Yard of the month scheduled for end of May-June. 6. Electrical Outlets near all Front entries – Check with Richard on bid.
