Sword mark: Criteria have to meet is very close to club mark. So should be easy to meet. Can use club mark logo still on stationary. Good because nationally recognised. If hadn’t been able to would be looking 3.2 not to use. Just reprint documents and send off to British fencing.

Coach development: Had number of coaches meeting. Hands on workshop so they can polish skills. Thanks to volunteers.

Keen to recruit new coaches. Several people have expressed an interest in becoming qualified (3). Will support them with finding help and supplying equipment. Derbyshire sports have 60% sponsorship offers.

Equipment replacement: New gloves. New plastrons. All up to standard now. Thanks to mick and angy plus volunteers for Committee- Arrange audit helping to do it. Part of club mark that need unique number which new ones have been given and all logged onto system. Need audit in December.

Website: Exploring communication with membership efficient. Setting up email distribution list with a dedicated service provider i.e. Ian Roberts. So can talk to members without relying on matt’s account. Good for emergencies too. Done coaches, committee and Saturday people’s emails- checked up to date. T DPA issues have been taken into account. Fill flag up inactive email addresses. Group email- give authorisation to 2 people. For emergencies. Possibly 3 people would be good- chair, membership secretary, who has details already, and secretary. Group text better for emergency situation.
