Booster Meeting Minutes From February 10, 2015

Dukes Fundraiser: The fundraiser is Sunday April 12th from 1:00 to 4:00 PM. Tickets are $10 each. Each player will need to sell a minimum of 10 tickets. We are looking to solicit donations from local businesses to raffle off.

Papa Murphy’s Card Sale: Kim Sabelko will coordinate our blitz card sale day. Kristin will help form groups of girls and areas for each group to sell cards. Brian will talk to the baseball coach to inquire when the boys will be selling so we don’t overlap. Blitz day to be determined.

Potluck Dinner: The dinner will Thursday March 19th in the Tartan cafeteria. Brian will schedule with Tartan. The following are food items for each team to bring: Varsity Chicken J.V. Sides / Salads Freshman Dessert

Banquet: Kathy and Kim will be looking for a location to have our end of season banquet. A date needs to be selected for the banquet.

Youth Clinic: Pam will bring registration forms. Kim and Kathy will also assist at the registration table. February 22nd and March 1st 12:00 to 2:00 PM is 3rd grade. 2:15 to 4:15 grades 4 through 8. $25 and each participant will get a t- shirt. Brian will be purchasing the t-shirts to be handed out the first day.

Sign Renewal Letters: Pam will send out letters to the current sign holders. Jeni will research a merchant to purchase the signs from. Steve will be getting a list of Oakdale Business to solicit new companies to purchase signs.

HUDL: Table for now.

National Anthem: Brian is going to ask the choir director to see if anyone would be interested in singing at the game.
