DHR Photo Contest

Contest Rules:  Your pictures can be of any subject.  The best photos will be published in the Spring 2006 Human Side.  Any current or retired DHR employee may submit a photograph.  DEADLINE: April 30, 2006  Format: o Prints may be mailed to Barbara Joye, DHR Office of Communications, 29.426, Two Peachtree Street NW, Atlanta, GA 30303. o Electronic files may be emailed to [email protected]. o Either color or black and white will be accepted.  Limited to two entries per photographer.  Photos will not be returned.  Each photo submitted must be accompanied by a signed release for every person in it who can be identified, including DHR employees, except crowds. To download DHR’s photo release form click here.  Releases should be mailed to Barbara Joye, DHR Office of Communications, 29.426, Two Peachtree Street NW, Atlanta, GA 30303 or faxed to Barbara Joye at 404-651-6815. Put the name of the photo as “project name.” (County is not important.)  Each photo submitted must be accompanied by the following form, filled out completely.
