TO DIPLOMA Students Re: Final Exam Date: 3 December 2012

Please refer to the exam timetable at the back of this memo, and inform Carey John immediately of any clashes that will affect you.

Obviously, it is essential for you to attend all examinations at the specified date, time and venue.

You should be present at the venue at least fifteen minutes before the exam is due to commence.

Deferred exams will only be made available to students who cannot attend scheduled exams due to serious illness or injury.

Please refer to the school’s policy on Examinations found in your Student Diary.

If you are ill and cannot attend the exam, it is your responsibility to contact the College Director on the day of the exam or before.
