United States Army Reserves San Francisco, CA September 2006 – Present Staff Administrative Manager (October 2011-Present) Supported the HR organization in managing 2400 employees; oversaw human resources affairs including benefits administration, training/development, employee relations, recruitment/selection, and compliance with policies and procedures. Worked with 6 subordinate units to “train the trainer” on dozens of topics covering policies and procedures for human resources, administrative, and office management. Fully complied with 430 federal and state regulations governing HR and US Army Reserves concerns.
Unit Administrator (October 2010-October 2011) Partnered with executive management to implement strategies to attract qualified and dedicated reservists to support national security initiatives; resulted in 30% increase in unit growth.
