United States Army Reserves San Francisco, CA September 2006 – Present Staff Administrative Manager (October 2011-Present)  Supported the HR organization in managing 2400 employees; oversaw human resources affairs including benefits administration, training/development, employee relations, recruitment/selection, and compliance with policies and procedures.  Worked with 6 subordinate units to “train the trainer” on dozens of topics covering policies and procedures for human resources, administrative, and office management.  Fully complied with 430 federal and state regulations governing HR and US Army Reserves concerns.
