Notice of Intention to Conduct Business in Private

Notice is hereby given in accordance with Regulation 5 of the Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements) (Meetings and Access to Information) (England) Regulations 2012 that the items listed below are likely to be considered in private.

The reason that these items are likely to be considered in private is that they involve the disclosure of exempt information under the following category of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972:

(3) Information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person (including the authority holding the information)

1. Disposal of the Premises officer house – Lee Green

To authorise the sale of a former premises officer house at a school in Lee Green.

2. Acquisition of freehold interests in Nos. 4 & 15 Parkcroft Road SE12

The report sets out the cost of acquiring property in SE12.

3. Variations to Kender Phase 4 Disposal.

To consider possible revisions to receipts expected for land disposals

4. Welfare Meals Contract

To award a meals on wheels contract in conjunction with LB Lambeth and LB Southwark.

5. Appropriation of Kender Phase4 (Kender Triangle) New Cross SE14 for planning purposes

To consider the future use of Council land in New Cross.

6. Catford Stadium Site – Release of Covenant

To agree the value and authorise the release of a restrictive covenant on the development site.

7. Deptford Southern Housing sites

To agree the procurement and design approach for Southern Housing Sites.

8. Building School for the Future - Brent Knoll Part 2

To recommend the appointment of contractor (preferred bidder status) to deliver the new ASD school.

9. Parking Contract

To award a contract for the provision of parking enforcement and associated services.

10. Education Targeted Capital bid

To seek agreement to bid to the DfE for funds to support capital education schemes.
