For Consumers Who Do Not Know How to Inflate and Deflate the Spa Pool, Please Explain To

During inflating with black pipe, unscrew only the squared stopper of air valve. The second valve is for air tightness and deflation of the spa pool. Please make sure with consumers to avoid any air leakage owing to the not well screwed air valve. You can also put a little Vaseline on the rubber gaskets to lubricate. If this is a new spa, pls ask the consumer to double check if the air valve is screwed tightly. I'm asking this as it happened some times before.

Different from other inflatable products, there are two stoppers on the inflation valve. Consumers are supposed to unscrew the upper square stopper only during inflation and screw it tight after. But the lower round stopper should be screwed tightly all the time. It is only to be unscrewed for fast deflation.

Pls make sure that both the round stopper and square stopper are well screwed. Pls refer to attachment with photos. Otherwise, air leaks slowly. But thanks to patented I-beam structure, deflated spa tub can still hold water.
