THUNDER BAY Continued Civil and Family Motions Court  Held every Thursday at 10:00 a.m. (except for the following weeks, during which NO motions or chambers matters will be scheduled: the weeks of April 30th, June 18th, November 5th and December 24th  The week of October 15th, Motions will be heard on Tuesday, October 16th to accommodate Thunder Bay Law Association Courthouse Series on October 18th and 19th)  Motions requiring 2 hours or more, or seeking a specific date, must have approval by appearing before The Court on a regular Motions Day to receive consent and then contact the Trial Coordinator Confirmation forms are to be filed no later than 2:00 p.m., 3 days prior to motion being heard
