Subject: Submission of proposals and the documents for Empowered Committee Meeting.

Sir,

As you are aware, the procedure for submission of proposals and the documents required for the Empowered Committee are detailed in the Operations Manual Chapter- 4 Para 4.6.

2. Ministry of Rural Development has also issued some circulars from time to time as per the provisions of PMGSY guidelines and Operations Manual. It has been felt that a Checklist indicating the documents required, covering the provisions of Operations Manual and various circulars be provided to all the States.

3. The Checklist for sending of annual proposals and the documents required for Empowered Committee Meeting is enclosed. It is requested to ensure that the Proposals are submitted as per this checklist.
