Introduction OnCall is a powerful, cost-effective tool for managing physician schedules. OnCall is also great for scheduling residents, nurses, moonlighters and other medical groups. Schedules created in OnCall are published at the www.amion.com web site where staff view schedules from any computer that has Internet access.
Password Your scheduler/administrator will provide you with a Staff (General Access) Password password which is used for checking schedules at www.amion.com. Record your password in a safe place. Schedules at www.amion.com are “View only” and you cannot alter the schedule.
Checking Schedules
Open your web browser.
Go to www.amion.com.
Enter your Staff Password at the login box.

The next page will display your staff schedule for the current month.

Submit special requests
Click on the My Schedule icon in the tool bar.

Click to select your name from the pull-down list of names.

Click on the Work preferences button.

To submit special requests online, you need to set up a password for your personal use. The www.amion.com site will email you a login link.
Click on email a login link to yourself.

The link will be emailed to you, and will also appear on the screen.
Click on the “Click here” link to continue.

A calendar will come up. You may choose days or shifts you can’t or can work.

Click on the pull-down menus to select either days or shifts and you cannot work or you can work.
Click on days in the calendar you’d like to submit as work requests.

You can move forwards to makes requests for further months too.
Use the blue arrows to move forward to the next month’s calendar.
Click on the Submit button to send your requests to the scheduler.

Scroll further down the requests page to set your personal password for submitting special requests in future. Write the password in a safe place. You can ask the web site to email you your password if you forget it.
Type a password into box and click the Set password button.
