Tuition Full Day Preschool (5 hours or more per day)
5 days: $775/month 4 days: $600/month 3 days: $450/month (M W F) 2 days: $300/month (Tu Th)
Half-Day Care is 4 to 4.5 hours per day (no more than 4.5 hours per day). 7:30am-noon or 1:00pm- 5:30pm
Half Day Rates: 5 days: $450/month 4 days: $360/month 3 days: $300/month (M W F) 2 days: $250/month (Tu Th)
*$8 for each additional hour per day, up to full day rate Children must be regularly scheduled for the M W F or Tu Th classes. Requests to change part week services are subject to availability. Drop In Rates: $8 per hour, 2 hour minimum, paid in advance on the same day of service. Drop-in care is available for enrolled children only, and only as space allows. Please call before arriving to confirm availability.
Discounts
$50 monthly discount (one per family) for two or more children from the same family that are attending at the same time for full day/time slots only. Sorry, part day or part time slots do not qualify for a discount.

Parent(s) agree to pay above named child’s tuition before the 5th of the month, in advance of care provided. Parent(s) also agree to make tuition payments in advance of planned absences or Preschool &
AVFRC Vineyard Early Learning Center Childcare Schedule and Financial Agreement 1 Childcare Closures. It is understood that tuition rates remain set regardless of closures, vacations, or absences.

______Late Payment charge of $10 per day after the 5th of the month. ______Late Pickup fee of $2.00 per minute per child after 6:00 pm. ______If payment is not received after 3 care days after the 5th of the month, I lose my childcare slot and am still responsible for any back payment, subject to credit service collection.
Parent(s) agree to give Vineyard Early Learning Center Preschool & Childcare two weeks advance notice of scheduling changes. Parent(s) also agree to give two weeks notice of their child’s last date of care, when childcare or preschool is no longer needed.
I, (parent(s) name)______have read, understand, and agree to comply with Vineyard Early Learning Center Policies & Procedures and Financial Agreement. Any requested changes after this signature must be in writing and signed by both parties, with the exception of parent default of payment, in which the services will be terminated after the third day of non payment. Only the CEO may approve a One Time Catch Up Payment Plan, which is not approved except for severe emergencies.
