Note: A returnable security bond of £200 for Albertine and £100 for Maigold is required at payment of balance stage. This is returnable within 7 days of vacating the property subject to the cottage inventories remaining intact and separate. Also they must be left in a satisfactory condition, fair wear and tear excluded.

Reminder: Numbers using property in excess of normal sleeping capacity, as stated above, cannot be accepted and will be deemed to be in breach of contract. Albertine and Maigold are “No Smoking” properties. Please let us know immediately if these limitations mean your booking can no longer be confirmed.
