POSITION: Director of Administrative Services, Full Time LOCATION: Clarkesville Campus INTERNAL APPLICANTS ONLY APPLICATION DEADLINE: July, 3, 2017
Description: Under minimal supervision the Director of Administrative Services manages the day-to-day operations of the Administrative Services division of the college to include the areas of budget, procurement, travel, asset management, contracts and grants; annual fiscal reporting for the college including IPEDS, financial statements, program cost study, and related financial and statistical reports; and supervision of staff personnel.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field from an accredited college or university AND five (5) years of professional financial or administrative experience, three (3) of which must have been in a managerial capacity.
Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or management; experience in financial software and financial statement preparation; experience in personnel management and supervision Experience with initiating, planning and executing projects Knowledge of Banner Student Management System
Salary/Benefits Salary is commensurate with education and work experience. Benefits include retirement, paid state holidays, annual and sick leave, and the State of Georgia Flexible Benefits Program.
