This is the CLPM screen (Client Profile/Maintenance). There is a great deal of information about a particular client and their dates of involvements with public assistance programs. The first shaded area gives current information about case status. You can get case numbers, participation in program status, start and end dates and status of cases from this screen.

The field at the lower left of the screen is the INQUIRE ON INVOLVEMENT (PRIP) field on the CLPM (Client Profile Maintenance) screen. Enter the corresponding program number for the client on which you are inquiring and . The system displays the PRIP (Program Involvement Person List).

Users may place their cursor under the highlighted 01 program to use the on-line help (OLH) feature.

1. CM OFF/UNIT/CSLD: This tells the case manager’s office number, unit number, and caseload number of where the case management file is currently located.

2. TOTAL TA MTHS USED: This shows the number of Temporary Assistance months used.

3. LAST TA MONTH AUTH: This shows the last month that Temporary Assistance was authorized

July 5, 2011 Reviewed by SYSOPS 4. CLIENT ID: This is the client’s individual identification number, will start with 06xxxxxxxx. Case Managers and Medicaid use this number to identify the client.

5. S.S.N.: This is the client’s social security number.

6. BIRTH DATE: This is the client’s date of birth (MMDDYYYY)

7. SEX: This would be M or F for Male or Female. It is not always available, as client did not specify or was not completed when client was added to system.

8. CLIENT ALERT: There is different coding that can appear next to this. This coding comes from the PRAP screen, which carries over to the CLPM. CODES – C = client alerts P = program alerts B = both

9. NAME/ALIASES: This will list the client’s name and then a maximum of two aliases (Last name and then First name). If the client has more than two aliases, then you enter 6 on the Function line to see the rest.

10. PGM:  This will be FS, ME, AP, TA, GA, GM, RF, RA, RG, RP, RM, RR. These are the programs that have been registered w/ this client’s name involved. July 5, 2011 Reviewed by SYSOPS  You may also see programs P0, P1, P2, P3 to indicate the child care programs of PASS 0 (registered status), PASS 1, PASS 2, or PASS 3.

11. CASE NUMBER: This is all the different case numbers that have had this client’s name involved in.

12. PART: This is the participation code – CO Contact Status CP Couple case DF Disqualified – Fraud/Felon DI Disqualified (CSSD/Alien/SS#) DJ Disqualified – ATAP & FS DP Deemed Parent IN In OU Out (not all programs are listed on the CLPM when clients are coded out) PA Parent SP Sponsor ST Stepparent UB Unborn/Unborn’s dad

This shows the participation of the client in a particular case at a particular time.

13. START: This is the start date of the client’s participation for each participation coding.

14. END: This is the end date of the client’s participate for each participation coding. If the case is currently open there will not be an end date.

15. STAT: This is the status of the case: CL Closed OP Open DE Denied PE Pended

16. FSO: This is the field service office number.

17. UNIT: This is the unit that is handling the case.

18. CSLD: This identifies the caseworker, it is a particular number assigned to each individual Eligibility Technician.

19.
