Bennett One Year Originally set up to provide a Forum in Rob Cottrill Consortium Councillor R.C. Newstead respect of the M25 rapid widening proposals. Now consists of individual Councillor D.J. Pay Quadrant Groups, and the South East Quadrant widened its remit to include other transport, planning and environmental issues. 4. Surrey Rail Forum Councillor J.V. Lyndon One Year To bring together local authorities, Rail Rob Cottrill Morgan User Groups and the London Regional Planning Committee to comment on the level of rail service provision they believe is appropriate for their respective areas. 5. Gatwick Airport Consultative Councillor Mrs. D.A. Ross- One Year To provide a Forum for local people Rob Cottrill Committee Tomlin and the aviation industry to discuss Councillor M.J. Miller matters of mutual concern, and to seek a balance between the interests of local people and the essential needs of

The hall is on Council land and, together with the land at the rear, could be considered as a possible site for recreational facilities and car parking. 4. Downland Countryside Councillor Mrs. M.P. One Year Provides an urban fringe Gill Wilson Management Committee Brewster countryside service for an area Councillor B.A. Stead covering NE Surrey and southern London including part of Surrey Hills Area and sections of the North Downs. 5. Earlswood Common Councillor Mrs. S.F. King One Year To enable the community to be Gill Wilson Management Group closely involved in the way the
