Subject: Managed Internet Access Services Date of the EOI: 19 August 2015 Closing Date of the EOI: 18 September 2015 Address EOI by e-mail to: [email protected] with copy to [email protected] SPECIFICATIONS / TERMS OF REFERENCE / STATEMENT OF WORK Background UNICEF is seeking high-speed Managed Internet Access Services from a Tier-1 Internet Service Provider for each of its two Data Centers in the New York City area. This must be a fully managed service with automatic failover and load-balancing capabilities. As part of the offering, UNICEF is also looking for external DNS services and IPv4 addressing. To ensure high availability, good quality of service, services should be offered as a comprehensive end-to-end fully managed service with prescribed guaranteed performance levels (service levels “SLA”) and shall include all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, materials, tools, transportations, facilities, and services components including but not limited to provisioning, installing, implementing, commissioning and/or migrating connections, providing on-going maintenance and support, training services, monitoring and reporting services, and making all necessary arrangements necessary to guarantee the provision of an end-to-end managed service. Description of Requirement UNICEF wishes to enter into a long-term contractual arrangement with a selected vendor for the provision of Managed Internet Access Services.

SUBMISSION OF EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) Interested suppliers/service providers are encouraged to complete and submit below EOI form. EOIs should be sent to [email protected] with copy to Aveen Nouri, ITSS, Administrative Specialist (Procurement), e-mail: [email protected], not later than COB (New York Time) on 18 September 2015. Please quote “REOI-ITSS-06- 2015” as subject in your correspondence. This REOI does not constitute a solicitation. We do not require bids or proposals at this stage; we merely seek your expression of interest in participating in the tender. A response to this Request for Expression of Interest does not automatically ensure that you will be selected to participate in the tender. UNICEF reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the REOI and/or solicitation process. UNICEF also reserves the right to require compliance with additional conditions as and when issuing the final tender document.
