Other housetypes, including more four bedroom detached villas from the Muir stable - the Arran and the Isla - will be available in subsequent releases at the development as well as the Bute, a three bedroom detached villa. And in a move to satisfy every level of the market, Muir will also be building three bedroom semi-detached homes, to present an ideal mix of accommodation for every buyer.

Commenting on the launch of Riverside Gait, Leven, Rosemary Livingstone, Sales & Marketing Manager for Muir Homes said: “ As a Fife based housebuilder, we are delighted to offer to the market another quality development in the Kingdom of Fife. We enjoyed great success with our recent development in Anstruther and are confident that Riverside Gait, Leven will be very popular with a wide range of homehunters, offering as it will a wide range of quality, well finished bungalows, detached villas and semi-detached homes, situated in the convenient coastal location of Leven.” “Fife is still a popular relocation point for buyers from Edinburgh, attracted by the value for money and the Kingdom’s many attractions such as its great beaches; golf courses and historical places of interest. Offering a superb quality of life, Leven is within easy commuting distance of the Capital as well as the larger Fife towns of Kirkcaldy, Dunfermline and St Andrews,” she added.

“ We are catering for couples and families here at Riverside Gait and expect our range of bungalows to be very popular with retired buyers moving down from larger properties. We are known for our natural wood finishes which are a company hallmark and a high specification finish comes as standard in all our homes from two bedroom bungalows to the four bedroom detached properties,” said Rosemary.

The homes at Riverside Gait will also be complete with beautifully designed and fitted kitchens with integrated appliances. Please contact the Sales Advisor for details of individual housetype specification.

Amenities in Leven include an excellent swimming pool and leisure complex in addition to a fine beach and golf course at Leven Links. The town is well served by Primary schooling.
