Pursuant to the Master Agreement for Architectural Services dated signed by your firm, the terms and conditions of which apply to this project, your firm is authorized to:

1. Provide Basic Services, as defined by the Master Agreement, for the project which has a maximum allowable construction cost (“MACC”) of $

2. Proceed with Part 1/ Part 1A of Basic Services.
