Panto fever grips the Waterfront as Sleeping Beauty opens!
Sleeping Beauty - the Christmas pantomime – has opened at Belfast Waterfront with families making a beeline for the best value panto in town!
Presented by LANA Productions and Belfast Waterfront, directed by Lisa May and produced by Martin Lynch, Sleeping Beauty is the best loved fairy tale of them all… magically brought to life on the pantomime stage!
You can’t beat a Waterfront panto for excitement, fun and laughter. And judging by the fever pitch excitement generated by the first audiences through the doors, Sleeping Beauty is proving a huge hit with children and families as they get up close to all the action and literally become part of the adventure!
An all-action cast of larger than life characters ensures there’s hardly a moment to pause for breath during this non-stop thrill-a-minute pantomime rollercoaster ride. Trudy Scrumptious aka Gordon Crawford is Nanny Magee, everyone’s favourite panto dame, as she and Prince Harry Smiles (Gavin Peden) must protect Sleeping Beauty (Jolene O’Hara) from the evil clutches of Maleficent (Gary Crossan) with the help of Fairy Stardust (Emer McDaid) and Muddles (Nuala Davies).

The main Waterfront and Ulster Hall box office is located at the Ulster Hall. Box Office opening hours are Monday - Saturday, 10am - 5pm. There is a service charge of £1.50 per ticket for bookings made by telephone. Online bookings attract a charge of £2.50 per transaction. A fee of £0.50 per ticket is payable for tickets purchased at the Box Office Counter.
A fee of £1.50 per booking is payable for tickets forwarded by post (£3 per booking (ROI / Europe).
