Citizens Present: Kris Conway, Jane Schroeder, William Schroeder Sr., Clark Cupery, Mary Walker, Margaret Molden, Mary Cupery, Geraldine Slager, Sherwood Slager, Dan Henning, William Maxwell, Joan Maxwell, David Conway, Bruce Walker, Lisa Walker, Jon Conway, Delmont Molden, Amy Jones, Bill Schroeder Jr., Pam Patchin, Mathew Patchin.

Clerk Conway called the Caucus Meeting to order with the Pledge of Allegiance at 6:30 pm.

Kris Conway motioned, seconded by Clark Cupery, nominate David Conway to be Chairman of the meeting. Motion carried.

Open Meeting Law compliance check: Meeting agenda was posted in three locations in the Township and Fort BP on January 3, 2013, and the meeting notice was published in the Portage Register Government Meeting Column.

William Schroeder Sr. motioned, seconded by Clark Cupery, to approve the January 10, 2011 Caucus Meeting Minutes as printed. Motion carried.

Nominations for Town Chairman:

.. William Schroeder Sr., nominated by Bruce Walker, seconded by Dan Henning, There were no further nominations. Mary Walker, seconded by Jane Schroeder, moved to close the nominations. Motion carried.

Nomination for Town Supervisor 1:

.. Bruce Walker, nominated by Delmont Molden, seconded by Mary Cupery. There were no further nominations. Mary Walker, seconded by Jane Schroeder, moved to close the nominations. Motion carried.

Nomination for Town Supervisor 2:

.. Geraldine Slager, nominated by Sherwood Slager, seconded by Dan Henning.

..Clark Cupery, nominated by Margaret Molden, Seconded by Mary Walker.

Mary Walker, seconded by William Schroeder Sr., moved to close the nominations. Motion carried.

.. Delmont Molden, nominated by Mary Cupery, seconded by William Schroeder Sr. There were no further nominations. Mary Walker, seconded by Clark Cupery, moved to close the nominations. Motion carried.

Nomination for Town Clerk:

.. Kris Conway, nominated by Jane Schroeder, seconded by Sherwood Slager. There were no further nominations. Bruce Walker, seconded by William Schroeder, moved to close the nominations. Motion carried. Clark Cupery moved, seconded by Jane Schroeder to adjourn the Meeting at 6:38 pm. Motion carried.
