This Addendum forms a part of the Contract Documents and modifies the Bidding Documents released on September 17, 2010 with amendments and additions noted below:
The Yurok Tribe is deleting the project Bid Form and is replacing it with the following: Fee Schedule: Please provide an hourly fee schedule for Architecture, Engineering and Construction Management Services; please identify key personnel that will work on the project, their hourly rate, and a description of duties and or services that they will provide.
The Fee Schedule will be evaluated using the same point structure as the original Bid Form.
This Addendum consists of 1 page, Addendum Number 1.
