HR203 – Pool Safe Act - Sponsor: Rep Mulvaney, Mick [SC-5]

To direct the Attorney General to revise certain rules under titles II and III of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 relating to accessible means of entry to pools. *ABIL and the National Council on Independent Living Oppose this bill because it weakens the enforcement of the ADA.
