Objectives: 1. SWBAT make personal connections to the Greek myths of Prometheus and Pandora. 2. SWBAT describe how many ancient Greeks viewed great efforts to change the world.

Materials: Standard

Opening: 1. Hallway: Checking “Orpheus” today 2. Do Now: Hit capitalization and sentence share (Orpheus & vocab) 3. Yesterday - finished up (finally) the underworld; - Today - myths about people who try to change the world (and all week) - EQ: “Can we--and are we supposed to--make the world a better place?” - Taking on the role of characters today, earn full class play tomorrow 4. Behavioral expectations
