HEARING - Mary Ellen Gillon:

1. PAPACHRISTOU, PARTHENA - LCA.6053 After compliance, commission accepts offer in compromise in lieu of hearing of voluntary revocation of permit on or before December 1, 2004 for incident of 2/26/04.

2. HASLAM, ROBERTA - LIC.1839 Commission accepts offer in compromise in lieu of hearing of 3 days, $1,175 and cease selling “pull tab tickets” for incident of 2/8/04.

3. HADDAD JR., MICHAEL - LIR.16588 After compliance, remove from hearings. Permit received for cancellation.

4. D’ALESSANDRO, GIANNI - LIR.16081 Remove from hearings. Unemployment contributions paid.

3. SLEP, NATHAN - LIR.16654 Stardust-Sport Zone LLC, South Windsor Assigned to a hearing, section 30-6-A1, failure to supply necessary documents and certifications.

4. DROZ, JOSE - LGB.13802 Mr. D’s Market, Derby Ok to issue final permit when in receipt of affidavit listing arrest in 1971, bill of sale, sellers affidavit, sales tax permit, cancel old permit LGB.12571.

1. FRANKLIN, JERRY - LTV.16 Connecticut Public Broadcasting Inc., Hartford Ok removal on stip – pending receipt of signatures from zoning and town clerk, plus investigation and placard/publication notice be completed.
