WHOLESALE PARTS – DIRECT MAIL CONTEST RULES

HYUNDAI SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES—NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. SWEEPSTAKES IS OFFERED ONLY IN THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA.

“SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD” SWEEPSTAKES BEGINS 11/01/07 AND ENDS 03/14/08. PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize: Choose one event from the three events listed below. Flight Information: All travel dates are locked. If the attendee decides to change the date, the subsequent difference is paid for by the attendee.

o Indy 500 – Indianapolis Motor Speedway – Indianapolis, IN on May 25, 2008. The prize includes 4 days/ 3 nights accommodations at Radisson Downtown City Centre (Located in the heart of downtown), Paddock Penthouse tickets to the Indy 500, Roundtrip motor- coach transportation to the Speedway with police escort on Sunday, Roundtrip Deluxe Airport Transfers, Drivers meeting pass for Saturday (this allows you in the garage area on Saturday), Hall of Fame Museum Pass, Breakfast daily, Indy 500 Souvenir, All coordination of pre-event details, and Sales taxes & gratuities. o Broadway Experience Package – The prize includes 3 nights deluxe hotel accommodations in New York City at the Waldorf Astoria, Orchestra tickets to show of your choice, Breakfast daily, and Sales taxes and gratuities. o MLB All-Star Game – Yankee Stadium, New York, NY on July 15, 2008. The prize includes 3 days/ 2 nights deluxe hotel accommodations in NYC, Upper level tickets to the All-Star game, Ticket to FanFest, Breakfast daily, Gift check for transportation, Deluxe gift and autographed baseball, On-site TSE event staff, and Sales taxes and gratuities.

Prize may not be assigned or transferred except at discretion of the Sponsor. Odds of winning depend on number of entries. (One free entry per person. Additional entries available with qualifying Hyundai parts purchase of $250 or more) Taxes on prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are owners or employees of independent collision repair facilities targeted by Hyundai Motor America and who are licensed drivers age 21 years or older at the time of entry. Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of Hyundai Motor America, 10550 Talbert Ave., Fountain Valley, CA 92728 (“Sponsor”), L&M Marketing, and all other organizations affiliated with the sponsorship, fulfillment, administration, prize support, advertising or promotion of the Sweepstakes, and/or their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and successor companies (“Sweepstakes Entities”), Hyundai dealers, advertising agencies and immediate family members or members of the same households (parents, stepparents, legal guardians, children, stepchildren, siblings, stepsiblings, or spouses, whether related or not) of such persons at any time during this Sweepstakes are not eligible.

ENTRY: To enter the Sweepstakes, complete the attached/enclosed Entry Form on the Direct Mail piece or log onto the www.hyundaiwholesale.com site and enter into website database. First entry per household/individual/address will be free. Each additional entry must be mailed in and will require a Hyundai parts purchase invoice of $250 or more, attached to an entry form. Additional entry forms can be printed on the www.hyundaiwholesale.com site. Grand Prize Winners will be selected by HMA in a random drawing on or about 03/14/08 from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. All eligible mail entries should be mailed to Hyundai Wholesale Parts Sweepstakes at 3843 S. Bristol St., #619, Santa Ana, CA 92704. Grand Prize Winner will be notified by phone and mail and will be required to complete/sign/return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and, except where prohibited, a Publicity Release within 7 days. Travel companion must also sign a Liability Release. A prepaid overnight return envelope will be provided. Failure to return documents in a timely manner or return of the prize notification as undeliverable will cause prize to be forfeited and awarded to an alternate.

GENERAL: By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees: (a) to these Official Rules and decisions of HMA and Sponsor whose decisions shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes; (b) that Sponsor, HMA, Sweepstakes Entities, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents shall not be liable or responsible for any claim, injury or damage to person, including death, or property due in whole or in part from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, or participation in this Sweepstakes; and (c) by acceptance of prize, winners agree to allow use by Sponsor of his/her name, city, photograph or likeness for advertising and trade purposes without additional compensation and, upon request, will provide consent to such use in writing. All material submitted becomes the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any sweepstakes material or for any computer, software, Internet website or electronic defect, error or failure regardless of reason. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes cannot be completed as planned by infection of computer viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure or other failures which in the sole opinion of the Sponsor corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes and will post notice thereof on www.hyundaiwholesale.com.
