Army Navy Country Club, a full service private member owned Platinum Country Club with two locations in northern Virginia, is looking for an experienced Food Beverae Manager to oversee operations at our Arlington facility. This includes three a la carte restaurants, a quick serve cafe and extensive catering and banqueting facilities for up to 500 guests. This is a ‘hands on’ role - primary responsibilities include managing & scheduling the F&B staff, ensuring the quality of service to our members and their guests meets 5 Star standards, managing F&B payroll costs, overseeing the management of banquets & special events and controlling beverage costs. Total F&B revenues for this facility exceed $7 million and the department employs 150 people.
Candidates should have a minimum of 4+ years of food & beverage management experience in a 4/5 Star fine dining restaurant/hotel/resort or Platinum club environment. A current knowledge of food & beverage products is required. The F&B Manager will work closely with the Director of Clubhouse Operations and Executive Chef.
