Dear Parents/Guardians, Grandparents, and Alumni,

My staff is working on creating a video to promote Willow Oaks and our Optional Program to the community, and we would LOVE to have your input! Plus, there are incentives!

We are collecting short video segments of people sharing their fond memories of Willow Oaks as a student and/or as a parent or grandparent. Some of you have had three generations that have attended, and it is no wonder! Willow Oaks has a long history of providing a loving, respectful atmosphere for learning with enriched and challenging academics providing an excellent foundation for educational excellence throughout the lives of those who attended. If you are one of those people, we would LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU!

There are two ways you could be a part of this. You can record yourselves, and send videos to Ms. Weakley via email at [email protected], or you can schedule a time and Ms. Weakley will record the video for you. The videos should contain only positive remarks, no longer than five minutes, easy to understand, and have good visual quality. The videos should in one of the following formats: .mp4, .mov, wmv., or other popular video formats. We can’t use DVDs however.

See the I Love Willow Oaks Elementary School notation under “headlines” on the homepage. Videos will be recorded in room F-58 at Willow Oaks, 4417 Willow Road.

We will be giving incentives of gift cards or uniform free passes for your child if they currently attend, for the first 15 who either send us a video that we can use, or who complete a taping.
