Activity Guide Advertisement

Dear Business Owner,

Have the potential to highlight your business and reach every family in Benicia up to three times each year. The City of Benicia Activity Guide is utilized by thousands of residents of our community as well as non-residents and is a great publication to promote a variety of businesses. Whether you are a new company looking to gain exposure or an established business interested in reaching a broader customer base, consider the benefits of affordable ad rates through the City of Benicia Parks and Community Services Department.

As an advertiser your ad will be included in the printing of over 10,000 Activity Guides. These guides are direct mailed to all residents of Benicia and distributed by the library, City Hall departments and the Youth Center. Our Activity Guide is published three times per year and lists all of the classes, special events, day camps, sports leagues and other activities offered through our department.

If you have advertised in previous editions of our Activity Guide, we would like to thank you for your support and encourage your continued involvement in the future. Repeat advertisers have priority for ad space in the upcoming issue. Ad space is limited; all uncommitted space at the time of the deadline will be sold on a first come, first served basis.

To reserve advertising space, please complete the Advertising Agreement/ Space Reservation form and return it to the City of Benicia Parks and Community Services Department office by the deadline dates listed below.

The undersigned hereby contracts with the City of Benicia Parks and Community Services Department for advertising in the Activity Guide published by the City of Benicia Parks and Community Services Department. The Department of Parks and Community Services agrees to produce, print and distribute a minimum of 10,000 Activity Guides per issue to the residents of the Benicia area. Please keep in mind:  The City of Benicia retains the right to sell ad space based on content and artistic quality  The City of Benicia retains the right for all ad placements and makes no commitment to the location of said advertisement.
