CALL FOR PRESENTATIONS This statewide conference offers an opportunity to share your ideas, skills, programs, and knowledge with people from North Dakota. If you are willing to promote improved health, nutrition and physical activity to people with disabilities, family members and professional and/or learning experiences in providing services to persons with disabilities, please complete the abstract on the other side of this form. The goal of the breakout sessions are to be interactive and have participant involvement. This is an interactive conference with sessions being short and requiring activities for participant involvement. When completing the presenter form, please include a description of how you will involve participants. KEYNOTE Collin Clarke
