TRANSPORTATION GUIDELINES

Arrival pick up: All passengers will be met outside the belt after baggage claim area by the driver with guest name on the Signboard. After greeting guest and escorting them to our transportation. **Amendment of pick-up timing must be at least 48 hours before Departure and we will not entertain any last minute changes.

Tours and Departure pick-up: For all transfers and tours, please wait at the Bell Captain or Concierge Counter at least 15 minutes before the scheduled pick up time. DO NOT WAIT IN YOUR ROOM OR IN THE HOTEL’S COFFEE HOUSE. Please be punctual as most hotels do not allow vehicles waiting in the driveway (for security reasons).

Seat-in-coach Sightseeing Tours (SIC Tours) Note that SIC tours run on fixed timings. Please wait at the Bell Captain or Concierge Counter at least 15 minutes before the schedule pick up time. DO NOT WAIT IN YOUR ROOM OR IN THE HOTEL’S COFFEE HOUSE. It is on a free seating basis, with tourists from all over the world.

Therefore, punctuality is of the utmost importance. The coach will not wait or turn back if you are late. There will be no refund if you are late for the transfer or tour.

CITY TOUR ITINERARY Explore the city by driving round the Civic District, passing by the Padang, Singapore Cricket Club, historic Parliament House and the National Gallery Singapore. The Gallery consists of the former Supreme Court and City Hall.

Visit Thian Hock Keng Temple, one of Singapore’s oldest Buddhist-Taoist temples, before driving past Chinatown.

Proceed to Singapore’s first UNESCO World Heritage Site – the Singapore Botanic Gardens and walk through the National Orchid Garden which boasts a sprawling display of 60,000 orchid plants.

Let your senses come alive at Little India as you walk past shops along the five-footway offering a variety of exotic fruits, spices, jasmine and orchid garlands.
