With the exception of the items numbered X1- X27 this deposit consists entirely of files bearing office numeration; this numeration has been retained below. The reference numbers X1-27, given to the otherwise un-numbered material, should be regarded as temporary, in anticipation of the possible filling out, by a future deposit, of the several series to which much of this material seems to belong.

The contents of the files comprise correspondence with, or concerning, the subjects indicated below, together with relating matter, such as reports, news cuttings, photographs, printed leaflets. The numbers of items within each file run anywhere from one into hundreds. The covering dates of each file are given.

Additional papers relating to the Caernarfonshire Branch of CPRW were deposited in Oct. 1986 by the Vice-Chairman of the Branch, Mr Percy E. Owen (c. 1986/42). Although in the following list the numbering has been continued from the first deposit of CPRW records, this does not represent an original office numeration.
