Review the following assignment options. As a team you need to decide what you would like to build from one of the options below and which country you would like to build in.

Option 1: Military Base

You have been working in the military for years. You are tasked by the military to open a military base in Italy, Saudi Arabia, Columbia, Thailand, or Australia. You understand that some part of a foreign country’s population will be pro and some will be contra. The success of your project depends on selecting a proper strategy linked to proper decision making while managing possible conflicts with foreign country opponents.

 Select a country from the list to build the military base.  Write a 1,050- to -2,100-word paper in which you complete the following:

You have been working in the manufacturing business for years and have observed many safety concerns, work-related injuries, and inconsistencies in product quality. You are preparing to open your own clothing manufacturing plant in Italy, Saudi Arabia, Columbia, Thailand, or Australia. The success of your plant relies on creating a culture that will encourage safety and consistently providing quality products.

You also recognize a link between employee commit to the company and providing quality customer service. You are preparing to open your own five-star resort in Italy, Saudi Arabia, Columbia, Thailand, or Australia. The success of your resort relies on creating a culture that will encourage employee commitment, promote quality customer service, and reduce employee turnover and absenteeism.
