1. OVERTIME: Physicians – receive base rate - no overtime.
For Allied Healthcare Providers (621-025, 027, 030, 031, 032, 033, 035, 037, 038, 039, 040, 044, 046, 047, 049, 050, 051, 053, 054 and 058): 1.3x the normal hourly rate applies for all hours worked in excess of 40 hours per week in accordance with state and local labor laws.
2. HOLIDAY RATE (for all Federal Government Holidays): For Allied Healthcare Providers: Overtime rate of 1.3x the normal hourly rates applies for the hours actually worked in excess of 40 hours per week. Physicians receive only the normal hourly rate (base rate) applies.
3. For Physicians Weeknight On-Call/Call Back Rate: One half of the normal hourly rate for a 15.5 hour period when a provider is required to be available by phone or pager for consultation or return to the facility. The weeknight period is generally 4:00p-7:00 a.m. Physician must be within 30 mile or 30 minute radius from the facility. Call Back Physician receives the regular hourly rate (base rate) when physically onsite for all hours worked (one hour minimum). Not applicable to Emergency Medicine.
Weekend On Call/Call Back: One half of the daily rate. Weekend on call is for a 24 hour period on Saturday and Sunday when a physician is required to be available by phone or pager for consultation or to return to the facility. Physician must be within a 30 mile or 30 minute radius from the facility. Call Back: Physician receives the regular hourly rate (base rate) when physically onsite at the facility for all hours worked (one hour minimum). Not applicable to Emergency Medicine.
4. For Allied Healthcare Providers On Call/Call Back Terms: On Call rate is $5.00 per hour. Healthcare provider who is assigned to carry a pager or cell phone and be able to provide phone consultation relative to a specify specialty and must be within a 30 mile or 30 minute radius from the facility. Call- Back is when the provider is physically onsite and 1.3x the normal hourly rate applies for all hours worked in excess of 40 hours per week. (one hour minimum).
