Managed application and interface point of sale programming. Maintained enterprise system in management of sales orders, warehouse, and accounting for entire Italy, Switzerland, and Austria operations. Oversaw network and telephone system for the Italian office.

 Remained current and in compliance with Italian fiscal laws for Point of Sale(POS) systems. Acted as liaison between company and Italian government with regard to sales and service of point of sale(POS) equipment.  Appointed Italian project manager for the implementation of the European Simplification Program that was instrumental in reducing the number of inter-company processes and simplifying procedures within the European organization. The Proteus ERP system was the base of this process improvement project.  Managed many diverse software projects for point of sale equipment including interfacing to payment systems and 3rd party back office management systems (Oracle).

Continued to support Datachecker installations in Switzerland including updates to Oracle applications.
