ASPIRA There will be an Aspira meeting tomorrow after school in room 41.

BASEBALL All students interested in playing baseball in the spring, there will be a meeting after school today in the gym. This is for all players interested in playing...freshmen, sophomores, juniors and seniors.

BLUE MASS OF THANKSGIVING Our annual Blue Mass of Thanksgiving will take place on Wednesday, November 22nd here at Roman. In addition to being thankful for all our blessings, this will be a time to express thanks and gratitude to our law enforcement officers, firefighters, and first responders for their dedication and sacrifices each day. Students whose family members are law enforcement officers, firefighters, or first responders are asked to sign them up in the Student Affairs Office by Wednesday, October 25th.

CSC On Tuesday and Wednesday of this week, please sign “in memory of and praying for” Ribbons in the Cafeteria during lunches. We will be praying for these individuals during the week.

On Friday, we will be having a semi dress down day. Students are asked to wear Cancer Awareness t-shirts, sweatshirts, and socks over their normal uniforms. We will be collecting a dollar from each student to participate. All money collected will be going to Sacred Heart Home for Incurable Cancer.

We are still looking for students to go to St. Francis Inn on 10/30. DRESS DOWN DAY (OCTOBER 31 ST ) ATTENTION ALL STUDENTS- We will have a Dress Down Day next Tuesday, October 31st. Guidelines will be posted throughout the building. Sign-ups for $2 begin tomorrow during lunches and continue until October 30th. Sign-ups before HR on October 31 will be $3.

CHESS CLUB The club will meet tomorrow after school in the library.

GUIDANCE Juniors, who are ranked in the top 50 of your class, and are interested in the United States Naval Academy, please come to the Guidance Office as soon as possible.

SADD SADD will be selling pretzels tomorrow in the cafeteria before school and during lunch periods. SADD pretzels are the official pretzel of the Philadelphia Eagles.

SENIORS You will be measured for your graduation cap & gown today! Please meet with the Jostens representatives at your lunch period outside of the cafeteria.

SOCCER Soccer is attempting to get to their 4th consecutive championship appearance this Wednesday night vs. Wood at UGH. Come out and support the Purple and Gold! Admission is $5 at the gate. Congrats to the following players who made the All- Catholic List-

TECH CLUB There is a Tech Club Meeting on Thursday immediately after school in the Library VETERAN’S DAY ASSEMBLY Our annual Veteran’s Day Assembly will take place on Thursday, November 9th. If you have a family member who is a veteran or an active member of our Armed Forces who would like to attend this assembly, please contact Mrs. Brown in the Student Affairs Office by the end of the day on Monday, November 6th.

WRESTLING There will be a MANDATORY team meeting for anyone who is definitely wrestling this year after school on Tuesday, October 24th in the Information Center.

Pre-season workouts continue on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays after school in the Annex.

YEARBOOK Freshmen, Sophomores and Juniors: Yearbooks are now on sale. We a running a promotion through October 27th: four (4) free icons when you personalize your yearbook. See Mr. Buck if you have any questions.
