February Coordinator Report due and meeting scheduled this month with LCDJFS regarding HMG TANF program 1st-Public notice of RFP(odd years )released by Admin. Agent for Children Trust Fund dollars Membership Committee Recommends additional terms for Council members returning applications for a 2nd or 3rd term. March Administrative Agent Prepares Council budget which includes HMG budget and administrative budget and recommendation for the administrative split for review by the Finance Committee Council Coordinator Prepare proposed Council budget for review by the Finance committee. Prepare and obtain signature on Designation of Administrative Agent for Council. June Coordinator Submit Coordinator’s contract between the ESC and Council for approval at the ESC Board meeting which is held early in the month Send letters to Council members whose terms expire in July and who will not be serving additional terms thanking them for their service Council Chair Performs evaluation of Coordinator and recommends performance increase to wages if warranted with input from the Steering Committee Children’s Committee Chair Performs evaluation of Coordinator and recommends performance increase to wages to be effective July 1 if warranted with input from the Coordinator ADAMHS Board 30th –Outcome strategies for ABC.
