Day I Meetings Traveller is available to travel to event for one day and will OPTION only meet all Indian participants on Day I, ie 15th and would like I to leave by late eve flight on 15th evening from Kolkata, India International Airport Day II Meetings Traveller will travel to fair for one day and will arrive on OPTION only 16th to meet all Indian participants on Day II and would II like to leave by late eve flight

Traveller will travel to fair for two days and will arrive on OPTION Day I plus Day II 15th morning and would like to spread meetings on Day I III Meetings and Day II Flight back on 16th evening from Kolkata Airport

Traveller will travel to fair for two days and will arrive on OPTION Day II plus Day III 16th morning and would like to spread meetings on day II IV Meetings and Day III. Flight back on 17th evening from Kolkata Traveller will travel to fair for one day and would like to th Day III only meet all Indian companies on 17 April only OPTION V

Terms and Condition

 ASSOCHAM are the final authorities for match making  Each foreign participant will meet at least 5 Indian companies and maximum of 10 companies  Please indicate your meeting preferences clearly  Electronic Air tickets will be sent by ASSOCHAM from International Airport eg Bangkok/ Singapore to Kolkata airport and guest are advised to reach international airport in their country on their own.  Hotels accommodation in Kolkata is arranged near the venue on twin sharing basis and pairing will be done by ASSOCHAM  Airport pickup and drop is provided in group along with hotel transfers  Any change in travel dates or change in travel route will be charged  Please attach copy of valid passport along with filled in application form  Visa fees if any is to be self arranged by traveller
