Committee to revise & bring back proposed changes over next few months for discussion & vote to bring in line with our current structure  MC Memorial Rock Expansion – o Status Update: Mike Weishauer & Bill Deemer? o Appropriations Committee – need details to formally “submit”  Hoedown Recap - o Thanks to ALL – set up, running, kitchen, tear down, Luis, Ivan…great MC manpower showing!! o Issues – small turn out; run its course; change very 2 years? o New Theme Ideas – 70’s / Rock; 70s Disco; 20’s / 30’s Gangster/flapper Prohibition; Casino Night; Board Game Contest Night (Life, Pictionary, etc); Hippie 60’s; Pirates Of Caribbean; Popular TV Shows (Mash, Cheers); Mystical Nights (Magic; fortune telling); Hollywood Nights (favorite movie characters/movie stars); Caveman; Grease Night; Austin Powers Night  Taking Down Christmas – Thanks to all for help 1/11; new boxes worked well
