Dear Parents of Year 6 children,

Welcome back for another exciting year as your child begins their last year of primary school. Traditionally, the Year 6 children have the opportunity to purchase a ‘Souvenir Polo Shirt’ and ‘Signature Bear’ to celebrate their final year at St Bernadette’s Primary School.

Tutor School Uniforms will make the polo shirts using the school colours and the St Bernadette’s logo. The names of all the students in Year 6 as well as the Year 6 teachers will appear on the back.

The students will be permitted to wear these shirts as an alternative to their sport shirt on a designated day throughout the year. Delivery of the shirts should be approximately seven weeks after we place the order. Students will have the opportunity to try on sample sizes available in our Learning Space this week so that the orders can be placed and finalised.

The signature bears will have our school uniform material on the ears and paws and a special black pen will also be provided. These bears will be distributed on the day of the Graduation Mass so that the children can start to collect signatures of friends and teachers.

The cost of both the bear and polo shirt is $60 and this will be billed to your term one account. We are sure both items will be cherished mementos of your child’s time at St Bernadette’s.

Please complete the slip below indicating the size for the polo shirt and return to your child’s teacher by Tuesday, 11th February, 2014 so that we may place the order.
