I am directed to forward a copy of the Sports Calendar for the year 2013-2014. The Regional Trials of the each discipline will first be held at the Circle/SSA level to select a team which will be allowed to participate at the All India Level, if found up to the mark.

The Sports Calendar may please be given wide publicity among the staff of your SSA/Unit so that the members of staff may apply for such participation. The entries in the below noted discipline in which an employee wishes to participate should be submitted in the enclosed Performa separately along with an entry fee of Rs. 100/- (ONE HUNDRED ONLY) in the form of Indian Postal Order which should be crossed and payable to the President Haryana Circle Sports and Cultural Board, Ambala. The entry along with the prescribed fee should be submitted to this office through the Head of the office where the concerned employees has been working so as to reach this office on or before the last date fixed for receipt of entries. The entries not received in time are likely to be rejected straightway. Participants can participate in only TWO events as per the BSNL Guidelines.

It has been decided in the BSNL Haryna Circle Sports and Cultural Board meeting that BSNL Haryana Circle Teams will only participate in BSNL All India meets in the following events during 2013-2014. All the SSA/Unit Heads are requested to recommend the nominations in the following disciplines only. 1. WL/PL/BP 2. Kabaddi 3.Cricket 4. Chess
