I have compiled a list of rabbit breeders who are in the business of supplying meat pen bunnies for local and county fairs. If they do not have bunnies available for the fair you can ask them for other sources.

Another option you have is to go the TEXAS RABBIT BREEDERS ASSOCIATIONS web site, (just go to your search engine and type in Texas Rabbit Breeders Association.... it will offer many links) you can find breeder names here as well as show places and dates that many of them will be showing their breeding stock at. I would then attend some of these shows and watch and see whose rabbits are winning and then approach that person after the show to see if they have rabbits for sale or if they take bookings for meat pen bunnies.
