A few ground rules:

-All decisions on the selection of qualified bidders and the assignment of insurers are final.

-All participants will be notified of the selected bidders.

-Each selected agent will be assigned insurance companies from whom to solicit a bid. No agent is to approach insurers without our authorization.

-The objective of the bid process is to find the best insurance coverage the current insurance marketplace offers. We will consider issues of premium, coverage, and service in our decision. We are not obligated to accept the lowest premium.

-We will not accept any costs incurred by any applicant in the preparation of the questionnaire.
