I. Construction Phase

The compliance project proponent shall carry out composting of bio-degradable waste at the site earmarked, within the project area. The dry/inert solid waste should be disposed off to the approved site for land filling after recovering recyclable materials. 15 The provision of the solar water heating system shall be as per the Noted for norms specified and shall be made operational in each building compliance block. 16 The project proponent will use the water from the already existing Permission tube wells for domestic purposes only after getting permission from from CGWA the CGWA or will use water supply from PUDA whichever is earlier obtained during operational phase. -5-

PART B : GENERAL CONDTIONS
S Conditions of Environmental Clearance Status of No Compliance I The environmental safeguards contained in the documents should Noted be implemented in letter and spirit. II Six-monthly monitoring reports should be submitted to the PPCB Noted and Regional Office, MOEF, GOI, Northern Region, Chandigarh and a copy to the SEIAA Punjab. III The SEIAA, Punjab reserves the right to add additional safeguard measures subsequently, if found necessary. Environmental Noted Clearance granted will be revoked if it is found necessary. Environment Clearance granted will be revoked if it is found that false information has been given for getting approval of this project. IV The PP will start construction only after getting NOC from the forest NOC department that the area under consideration does not fall under obtained section -4 and 5 PLPA-1900. V All other statutory clearances such as the approvals for storage of Relevant diesel from Chief Controller of Explosives, Fire Department, Civil NOC Aviation Department, Forest Conservation Act, 1980 and obtained Wildlife (Protection) Act, 1972, PLPA, 1900, Forest Act 1927 etc. shall be obtained, as applicable by project proponents from the respective authorities prior to construction of the project. VI The project proponent will not violate any judicial orders/ Noted pronouncement issued by the Hon’ble Supreme Court/High Courts.
