Green – Can’t make red, green or blue with additive colors – you will always end up with more than just green

Magenta – red and blue

Using colored filters in front of one white light, tell how to make the following colors:

Cyan – Can’t make cyan, magenta, or yellow with subtractive colors – if you use two filter, you have subtracted at least two colors and can’t have magenta, yellow, or cyan as these all need two colors

Red (you can’t use a red filter for this) – Magenta (-G) and Yellow (-B)

Green (you can’t use a green filter for this) – Yellow (-B) and Cyan (-R)

Black – Red & Green, Red & Blue, Green & Blue, Red + Cyan, Green & Magenta, Blue & Yellow
